You guys all know that my FAVORITE season of the year is fall. If it’s pumpkin and spice and everything nice, I’m all in.

I mean, in case you hadn’t noticed by the number of pumpkin recipes I’ve made over the years.

October might be over but I don’t slow down on baking pumpkin treats until Thanksgiving. 

Earlier this week I shared my streusel-topped pumpkin bread and today I’m bringing you yet another pumpkin bread variation: pumpkin banana bread. 

I love quick breads for holiday breakfasts. Make a loaf or two of this pumpkin banana bread a day or two before Thanksgiving, then set it out with some fruit and yogurt and coffee and let everyone help themselves.

It’s delicious, saves you the work of cooking breakfast when you’re busy prepping a big dinner, and everyone will love it.

If you were to ask me to pick one recipe from this site that my own family makes the most often, it would probably be my pumpkin bread. 

My kids, husband, extended family, neighbors, and friends are all obsessed with that recipe. It is moist and flavorful, has a beautiful rise, and makes two loaves so there’s always plenty to share.

When I was thinking about the recipe this year, I decided to give it a try with a streusel topping and pair it with a maple glaze. And you know what? I think we love this new version even more.

I have been so excited to share this recipe with you. 

I love pumpkin cookies (and iced pumpkin cookies), but they are soft and cakey and sometimes I want a chewy cookie instead. 

My goal when making these pumpkin snickerdoodles was to make sure they had that classic chewy snickerdoodle texture but still tasted like pumpkin.

So you can guess my excitement when I pulled these beautiful cookies from the oven and found that they tasted amazing and had a fantastic texture.

Is there a more classic Thanksgiving dessert than pie?

I know some families that are absolutely set on one kind of pie and others that need to have at least 3-4 different pies to enjoy.

When it comes to the holidays, the last thing I want to do is be fussing around in the kitchen.

That’s why I absolutely love no bake cheesecakes. Yes, I love all my cheesecake recipes, but with no-bake cheesecake you get the luscious, creamy flavors you expect with a fraction of the time.

No bake cheesecakes are just as customizable as regular ones too, so you can make no-bake peach cheesecake in the summer and this creamy pumpkin spice cheesecake in the fall and winter.

This no bake pumpkin cheesecake is a little different from my classic no-bake cheesecake because pumpkin puree is folded into the batter in place of some of the cream cheese. 

We also amp up the flavor with classic pumpkin pie spice and a Biscoff cookie crust. Honestly, I might like this dessert even better than baked pumpkin pie!

Plus, because these cheesecakes are made in individual servings, they’re great for serving at parties or part of a dessert spread.

Now that October is nearly over, it’s time to start thinking about Thanksgiving.

Ok, maybe I was already thinking about Thanksgiving. What can I say, I love planning my Thanksgiving menu! 

From sides like garlic mashed potatoes and cranberry fluff to desserts like mini pecan pies and these mini pumpkin cheesecakes, it’s the best meal of the year.

This recipe comes from my friend Erin over at Texanerin Baking and is a great mini cheesecake twist on pumpkin cheesecake. With a gluten-free chocolate crust, this is a recipe everyone will adore!

There are a handful of recipes that I make every single fall without fail.

My nana’s pumpkin crunch cake, my pumpkin cheesecake, and my pumpkin bread (and sometimes pumpkin chocolate chip bread) are all on that list. 

Pumpkin bread is especially high on the list and is always a crowd favorite, whether I make it for my family to snack on during the week or take a loaf in for Elle’s teachers as a special treat.

This year, I thought it would be fun to combine two of my favorite recipes – my classic pumpkin bread and Dominique Ansel’s banana bread – into one epic brown butter pumpkin bread.

The result is a super rich, buttery bread with pumpkin and fall spices accented by the nuttiness of the brown butter. It’s incredible when spread with butter (or maple butter!) or even some cream cheese for a decadent breakfast or afternoon snack.

This is a recipe that is definitely going on the annual fall recipe list.
