It’s so simple that it’s basically foolproof and scales up very well if you want to make 2 loaves, which you might want to consider if you have carbovores in your house. Every time I make this the first loaf is gone within a day because it’s so delicious.

The last two times I’ve made it with regular unsweetened oat milk instead of cow milk and it came out just as good, if not better, than every other time.

It is fast becoming my regular go to recipe. It is substantial enough to make a good sandwich as well as a breakfast bread. No fail and baker friendly its by far my favorite.
