Question….I’m having no luck getting the brownies to come out of the muffin cup w/o looking like it was pre-chewed. HELP! I did spray the cup before putting the brownie mix in. Any other suggestions?

Can I make my own brownie mix for this recipe as I never buy boxed stuff? Too much extra chemicals and salt and sugars.. Cupcakes look so yummy…. Thank You..
